Help! My Items are Missing!
Likely your item didn't just disappear. Type in the item name in the powerpets search box. Click on the blue link when it comes up, then click Locate. If your item doesn't appear in your account you likely sold it, or gifted it away. If you are 100% positive you lost you, fill out a feedback form on powerpets and have staff check into it.
How do I check past random events?
You can check past random events by hovering over the blue smiley and clicking Random Events.
How come my stones aren't transferring?
Is your primary pet selected? If not hover over the blue smiley face and click on Account Settings, then select the pet you wish to use as your primary pet.
Note: Some stone transfers are random, and once you put a stone on your pet it cannot be sold as of now.
Bought a membership and I can't do anything new?
You will need to log out and log back in to access all membership features. Once you go to the boards click check access, to access the boards.
