How do I become Elite?

To become elite you need to head to the Power Temple on powerpets located in Xiang-Ching

 

What are the benifits of becoming Elite?

* access to power temple to purchase weapons and account boosters

* you have the ability to help staff keep the site safe and friendly by tagging posts on chat boards that are against the rules

* access to elite, Nova and Hazzard board themes

* access to non-animated board avatars

 

Chat Board

 

What are the chat board rules?

There are many rules you as a chatter need to be aware of. To read the full list, go to the main PowerPets screen and search for “rules” to the left under Help Info. Then click and read the article titled “What are the chat board rules?”

 

Why was my post deleted?

Posts are tagged and/or deleted because they broke a rule.

 

Why can't I tag a post?

Only those who have Elite status can tag posts. If you are Elite, ability to tag will be removed for a certain amount of incorrect tags.

 

What happens when I tag a post?

Posts that are tagged will go under review by either a Head Moderator or a Staff member. They will decide and make the final call whether a post should be deleted or untagged. You will receive no personal notification as to what happens with a post.

Tagging to many incorrect post might disable your tag usage

 

What happens when a post is deleted?

The player who wrote the post that was deleted will receive a PMail informing them of the deletion with a reason as to why the post was deleted. If you have several posts deleted with a short amount of time, you may find yourself silenced from the forums.

 

What does the P/H/S mean?

P is a Player Assistant who answers questions on the Player Assistance Forum. H is a Head Moderator who monitors the forums to make sure all rules are being followed. S is for Staff who run the site

 

Why can't I access the boards?

You must be thirteen years old to have access to the forums for your own safety and protection. If you are underaged, you can have a parent or guardian fill out a Consent Form which can be found by clicking the Parent Center link on the PowerPets home page.

 

Why can't I access other chat boards?

All players (who are 13 or older) have access to the Beginners, Player Assistance, Power Dome, Shop, Dutch, and Powex Forums. Those who have purchased a membership will have additional access to the Member’s Spot, Beta Test, and Discussion Forums. Members can also apply for access to the PoCo 21 (for those who are 21+) or PoCo Junior (under 21). If you own property in one of the Power Federation Cities, you will also have access to the Power Federation Forum and your personal City Forum. Staff members also have access to staff-restricted forums: this includes the Translating Staff, PA Staff, EMS, and Staff Forums.

 

How can I create a user image/board theme/avatar?

Click on “Settings” at the top of your screen then click on “Account Settings.” You will be able to set your avatar, theme, and forum signature there. Additional avatars and themes can be unlocked as you progress in the game (Elite, Supreme Elite) or if you purchase a membership. With a paid membership you can also add your user image into your signature.

 

Minis

 

How do I increase my mini's regineration?

Overtime the regeneration will rebuild on it's own. There is nothing you can do.

 

Why should I armor my mini?

Armoring your mini is beneficial in a few ways.

 

1. It helps you achive Supreme Elite.

2. It will help you get the Golden Key after you obtain all 5 stones and figure out the combination.

 

How do I change my mini's color?

You will need the Night Stone to access Mini City to color your pet.

 

Once you do that, head to the World Map -> Click on Mini City located in North America and find the Mini Bath House

 

Pets

 

How many Pets can I have?

You can have up to four pets without upgrades; you can have up to eight pets by purchasing a pet booster. Each booster costs three Power Temple Tokens and unlocks one pet slot. You can purchase the booster at the Power Temple in Xiang Chung-Shi.

 

How can I play/feed with my pets?

Click “Pets” at the top of your screen then click on “My Pets.” Then click on “Feed/Play” on the right hand toolbar. “Find Foods” and “Find Toys” will search for cheap foods or toys for you to purchase from other users’ shops. “Restaurants” and “Playzones” will direct you to a random Restaurant or Playzone. Below those four options you will see any foods or toys you have on-hands: simply click on the item to use it.

 

Will my pets become hungry when I'm offline?

No – your pet status will only decline while you are online and actively playing on the site.

 

How do I change my Pets name?

Click “Pets” at the top of your screen then click on “My Pets.” Then click on “Options” on the right hand toolbar. You will be able to submit a name change request for your pet there. You will be charged $50,000 to use this feature and you can request a new name once every thirty days.

 

How do I make my pet my Primary Pet?

Click “Settings” at the top of your screen then click on “Account Settings.” If you scroll down to the third dialogue box there will be an option to change your Primary Pet.

 

Why can't I remove my Vampire tonic?

Well, I see you didn't heed the caution. Once a pet is a vampire, the only thing that can change it is the elder council once you obtain the golden key. Which is a pretty pricey endeavor.

 

Why won't my Vampire pet eat or play?!?! Is it gonna die.....again?

Vampires pets only drink blood - bought at Padams Potions, which means they can't use restaurants. But they can play at playzones and with minis. As long as your vampy pet doesn't have BOTH the hunger and happiness bars on 0, the pet won't die. But if both fall to 0 you lose the pet.

 

What do you mean I can't sell/abandon my pet?

Yes, it's true. Currently pets equipped with stones can't be sold or abandoned.

 

 

Why aren't people feeding or playing with my pet? Why can't I play with/feed this pet I located for creature feature environment!?

Other than for care points, people don't normally feed or play with other people's pets randomly. However, if your pet is unfriendly no one can feed or play with them. This can be chosen for many reasons, but normally it's done for strength training since you can only strengthen your pet with food and toys when they need food or toys and if others are using your pet it delays your progress. Likewise if someone is 'saving' their creature feature pet, they may set the mood to Not Friendly.

 

Profile

 

Why can't I access my profile?

Are you elite? If you aren't then you won't be able to access your details page until you achieve that status.

If you are elite, then you need to go the the blue smiley - hover over it and click on profile settings

 

How do I make a profile?

You can make your profile simple, or complicated. If you don't want to learn how to make one, you can use one of our Pre-Made layouts. Or view our html guides to see how to make an awesome profile.

 

Why aren't my stones showing up?

Did you just achieve the stone? If so profiles update every 2 hours. If you wish for it to update sooner, just go to your profile settings and click UPDATE -

Note: You might need to clear you cache files after updating to view the updated version.

 

What codes can be used on Profiles?

Search for “profile” to your left under Help Info on the main PowerPets screen. Then click and read the article titled “Profile Editing Guidelines.” You can also check out the PPMegaHelpSite links “Pre-Made Layouts”

Help! My Items are Missing!

Likely your item didn't just disappear. Type in the item name in the powerpets search box. Click on the blue link when it comes up, then click Locate. If your item doesn't appear in your account you likely sold it, or gifted it away. If you are 100% positive you lost you, fill out a feedback form on powerpets and have staff check into it.

 

How do I check past random events?

You can check past random events by hovering over the blue smiley and clicking Random Events.

 

How come my stones aren't transferring?

Is your primary pet selected? If not hover over the blue smiley face and click on Account Settings, then select the pet you wish to use as your primary pet.

Note: Some stone transfers are random, and once you put a stone on your pet it cannot be sold as of now.

 

Bought a membership and I can't do anything new?

You will need to log out and log back in to access all membership features. Once you go to the boards click check access, to access the boards.
