Become Elite is no simple task. It unlocks features on powerpets that you don't get as a non-elite. Those would be: Tagging post on the forums, chat board themes, and ability to buy items in the Power Temple.
I'm am going to rank the qualifications in a raiting scale. 1 through 10 while one being easy and ten being hard. I will do my best to rate it equally
Becoming Supreme Elite seems like the impossible, but it isn't! With becoming Supreme Elite you have perks that no other members have, including PAYING members. Here is the list.

* trophy on your profile
* access to all of the elite board themes, as well as supreme elite and Chubbs board themes
Complete 50 jobs at the Job Agency - This one can be tricky. With the price on Job Cards these days and the many options that can come from Padam's Shack, I would rate this a 6/10
Add 100 armor to one of your pets. It DOESN'T have to be the same type of armor. Just 100 total. Since Padam gives all types of armor regularly and that they are much cheaper than job cards. PLUS it only takes between 1-3 hours for your pet to be equipped. I would rate this a 4/10
Own a shop with the size 100 or more. This is probably the second easiest task to get done for Elite. The cost is minimal actually it would cost you $69,500 PB. It may seem like a ton to the new players, but once you get the hang of the game that amount will seem so small to you. 2/10
Read the history of the Elders in 7 scrolls. This one is time consuming and can be costly. To get the scrolls you need to complete the Apprentice Quest located in Xiang. Put them on your bookshelf and read and rate them. I will rate this one a 8/10 because doing the quest you have a high chance to get duplicates. Which you can sell and manually buy the ones you need
25,000 PB in your NBIC savings acount. I will rate this one a 1/10 because playing a few games you can easily get 25,000 PBs
Own at least one mini. This one will be the most difficult for you, and most people complete this one last. You can obtain an egg by doing the evolutions puzzle piece quest. Collect all 12 pieces and hand them into the Rikjaw Driver. Or simply buy the egg and stick it in the incubator. Once you do this you will need to check on your egg everyday for the next 5-7 days. Not doing so will result in a bad egg. 10/10
Vote once in the poll booth. Easiest task there is. Just vote, and you're done. 1/10
Complete 2 job cycles which is 600 jobs at the Job Agency - This is just time consuming and not expensive compared to the rest. Do this as you get cards. I rate this a 5/10
Add 100 armor to two mini's. This one is the pain in the butt, not only do you have to have two mini's you need to buy the basic armor first, then wait 6 hours to put one piece on. Due to the expense and time, I rate this a 6/10
Get 3000 books, read and rate them. This is the one people do last because it can cost a few hundred million. You need over 300 retired books, and the rest are common books. Retired books are rare and will cost you. I rate this a 10/10
Obtain 10 pieces of land in any PF city. This one is one of the cheapest ones to do besides the jobs. I rate this a 4/10
5,000,000 PBS in a long term bond. Make sure it's a long term bond. If you get 5 million and can afford it. Lock it away for as long as you can so you don't touch it. I rate this one a 2/10
Have a Supreme Elite Trophy on hands - Easy, but cost a fortune. Supreme Elite trophies have skyrocketed. They use to cost around 3,000,000 PBS, but for some reason they have jumped pasted 10 million. Just the cost alone has given this task a rating of 8/10
Get your pet to 1000 strength. This one has gotten easier through the years. There is the berry box, strength toys and strength drinks/food. This is pretty easy, just takes time 3/10
